English Channel Swim 2010

When I was 14 years old I learned about the English Channel Swim. I remember being both astounded and excited. I had no idea that one could actually swim across the English Channel. I decided that day that I would swim across the English Channel. In the fall of 2010, close to 21 years after first learning about the Channel swim I will attempt it.
In the past 135 years thousands of people have attempted to swim across the Channel and under a thousand have been successful. I have put together this website not only to educate people about swimming the Channel, but also for people to encourage other people to swim the Channel, or to act on a goal they too have set.
